Description of work

On each fringe strip, mark the fringe with a phantom marker on the seamy side of the skin; for this, draw a line at a distance of 1.5 cm from one section 38 cm long (= top section). From this line to the bottom, at 5 mm intervals, draw fringe lines. Cut a strip of skin along the drawn lines.
On each part of the bag, draw alignment lines for fringe strips: the bottom line is 16 cm away, the middle line is 29 cm away from the bottom cut. Glue fringed strips to the details of the bag along the alignment lines, while the side sections of the details of the bag protrude 1 cm wide.Stitch fringed stripes along the upper sections to the edge. 2 remaining fringe strips for now set aside.
Fold the bag details with the front sides, grind the side and lower sections (with allowances 1 cm wide), without fixing the fringe. Cut corners of the seam allowances obliquely. Grind the top cut of the bag to the upper cuts of the lining parts.
Fold the lining details with the edges with the front sides, grind the side and bottom sections. Unscrew the lining and pull it on the bag with the wrong side to the wrong side, the upper cut-off sections will stick to the upper cut-off of the bag. Do not twist the bag yet.
Insert the remaining 2 fringe strips into the bag and stick to the upper cut of the bag. Align the top of the bag along the top of the bag. Turn out the bag.
Fold each belt loop to a width of 3 cm, glue the sections and grind to the edge. Thread the loops in half rings, fold them in half and grind them under the upper edge of the bag at the seams. Fold the handle in half, glue the slices and grind to the edge. Thread the ends of the handle through the carabiners and stitch. Fasten carbines to half rings.
