Results of the contest "My favorite Burda dress"

There are never too many dresses! And our competition is worthy of confirmation. The editors of BURDASTYLE congratulate our wonderful winners.

First place: Larisa Cancer (freda), Moscow.
The history of this dress began with the first announcement of the October issue of Burda magazine on our website. Even then, the model conquered Larisa with its interesting details, cut lines, length difference. It would seem that so much of everything in one pattern should overload the idea. But this did not stop Larisa, and as a result, her dress turned out to be tender, elegant, feminine and beloved. The model is so multifaceted, and the color is laconic that it is enough to change accessories to change the image, to make it appropriate in completely different situations.
Second place: Ekaterina Krasilnikova (solnichko), the city of Tambov.
"Now is the time for dresses"- And in this Katya is right. Already in the middle of autumn, we think about the upcoming holidays. Therefore, we prepare for them in advance. This is especially true of the festive dress, which, most likely, will not be one. Katya purposefully chose a model from previous issues of the magazine Burda - a modern embodiment of the current retro-model today. Dress from the Burda special edition Fashion for the Low for 1996 with original details on the back, decorated with buttons with sparkling rhinestones.To make the dress festive, Katya made a yoke and sleeves from lace fabric and decorated the original neckline with gold buttons. The model turned out to be self-sufficient and does not require extra accessories. The final accent in this image was the shoes matching the dress.
Third place: Vera (Red miracle).
Sometimes, to sew a gorgeous dress, you do not need any serious ideas, incredibly beautiful fabrics and complex patterns. Solid silk, a simple pattern with an interesting detail - an open back, a floor-length skirt and beautiful shoes. That is exactly what Vera made. And her dress turned out simple, but spectacular. It can be safely worn at a festive event and on a hot summer day on a date with your beloved man.
