A narrow skirt, as a rule, requires an incision or a slot if it is not sewn from highly tensile fabric. The easiest way to do a normal cut with a classic hem.

There are two ways to do this:

Method 1

Neaten the hem allowances for the bottom hem, unscrew it on the front of the product and pin it to the edges of the cuts. From the fold to the cut mark, lay along the line (see the figure below).

Unscrew the upper edge of the bottom hem allowance at the cut mark, pin, pin. Stitch the remaining open area in the side seam to the cut mark (see figure below).

Unbolt the bottom hem allowances on the wrong side. Iron the seam allowances, iron the edges of the cut and the bottom.
Sew the hem allowances on the bottom manually with hidden unstretched stitches (see the figure below).

Method 2

Iron allowances on the bottom hem to the wrong side, tuck to a width of 1 cm and grind. Iron the allowances at the edges of the cuts on the seamy side, tuck and grind, lay a transverse stitch at the upper end of the cut.
